1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are entered into between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 566bat (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing the 566bat website at https://566bat.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to be bound by these Terms and by all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of 566bat regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the platform. They apply equally to users accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations within Bangladesh.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 566bat platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 566bat platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 566bat does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or wager under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 566bat or any other gambling platform that remains in force.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 566bat for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

566bat reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by our compliance team will result in the suspension of the account and restriction of access to funds until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 566bat platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 566bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any bonuses, bonus winnings, or artificially generated balances.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. 566bat is not responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

3.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal is processed — and at any point thereafter at our compliance team's discretion — you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits)

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. 566bat may request additional documentation where the compliance team deems it necessary to satisfy anti-money-laundering or fraud prevention obligations.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 566bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials is your responsibility. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

566bat currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

566bat does not accept cryptocurrency, anonymous payment vouchers, or payments made from accounts registered in the name of a third party. All payment instruments used must be owned by and registered to the account holder.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps under our KYC and AML procedures. Deposits are credited to your 566bat account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. 566bat does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within four (4) hours during normal operating hours. VIP Platinum and Black Diamond tier members benefit from a same-day fast-track withdrawal lane with priority processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

566bat reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, where KYC documentation is outstanding, where the account is under review, or where a chargeback or payment dispute is in progress.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on 566bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform interface. No foreign exchange conversion is applied to BDT transactions, and 566bat does not charge currency conversion fees. Players using Visa or Mastercard issued by non-Bangladeshi banks may be subject to conversion charges applied by their issuing bank, which are outside 566bat's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

566bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 566bat — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, and special event promotions — are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games list are stated clearly in the offer documentation before activation. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain unavailable for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of 566bat's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or colluding with other players to systematically harvest promotional value — is prohibited. 566bat reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at 566bat's discretion at any time without prior notice. Special seasonal promotions aligned with BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16) may have unique terms. Players are advised to read the full terms of each promotion at the time of participation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 566bat are subject to acceptance by the platform. 566bat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where there is evidence of system errors, incorrect odds publication, or market integrity concerns. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction from your account balance.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the 566bat sportsbook are determined by our trading team and third-party data providers. Odds are subject to change prior to the placement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed at a given price, that price is locked and will not be changed retroactively except in cases of genuine data provider error, abandoned events, or void market conditions as specified in the applicable sport's rules.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the market is suspended and the bet was placed in error during the suspension; a clear data error resulted in the publication of materially incorrect odds; or the relevant sporting authority declares the result invalid. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games available on 566bat are governed by the rules established by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server-side log shall be the definitive record. 566bat does not modify or alter game RTP (Return to Player) percentages from those published by the provider.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on the 566bat platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface. 566bat reserves the right to apply personalised limits to individual accounts without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 566bat platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that violates applicable law
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of mechanical assistance to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sporting events
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after using funds on the platform
• Attempting to access the platform or another user's account without authorisation
• Any conduct that 566bat reasonably determines to be dishonest, exploitative, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other users

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 566bat

566bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where the company has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering or suspicious financial activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; a court order or regulatory direction; or any other circumstance in which continued account operation would expose 566bat or other users to risk.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 566bat account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Verified balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period from the 566bat platform. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 566bat and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Any interruption to platform availability caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party service disruptions
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional content
• Any loss arising from delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile financial service provider, or payment network
• Any consequence of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any loss arising from acts or omissions of third-party game providers, streaming services, or data suppliers

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 566bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. 566bat does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any betting or gaming activity on the platform. Past performance of any game or bet type is not indicative of future results.

10 Amendments to These Terms

566bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 566bat will notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Changes take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will not be less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes unless an urgent regulatory or legal matter requires immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the 566bat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.
